We have designed the site deliberately so that your use of it — including which pages you read, how long you spend, and what you're going through — is not recorded anywhere. You can read about any topic here, at any hour, without leaving a trace.

If you email us, we receive your email. We don't add you to a list. We don't sell your address. We reply if a reply is needed and that's the end of it.

This site exists to help people through a difficult process with clear information and honest guidance. We start by not making anything harder than it needs to be.
